Exciting day!

Well, this is my first post where I will actually write about me and my day...I actually had a terrific day today. I was offered a new job, which I am very excited about. Everything happens for a reason, right? I mean there was a reason that we didn't go to Leilani's beach field trip and a reason why I decided to call the place today. I need this to work out. *fingers crossed*. Leilani had wiffle ball practice today again. She is doing so good. I'm so proud of her. It is amazing to see how much she has grown. Speaking of growing, my beautiul neice is 6 months today! Yowza. Time flies. It feels like she was just brought home and now she is so grown up. What a blessing she was to our family. I'll leave it at this, I took a video of Leilani today where she is showing what she would do incase she encountered bad people. It is hilarious and I will surely psot up later. Deuces!

My first job:

I started working when I was 16 at a movie theatre as a floor staff employee. I made $5.75!!!! yikes! Imagine, if minimum wage was still $5.75. I wouldn't even be able to afford gas, haha. I moved up the ranks and became a manager. I have been there for 8 years. Yowza. Working at a movie theatre is a fun experience. I used to work with my friends, so it ultimately never felt like work. Now, being a manager is quite another story...
